Between the founders—Matt as a registered builder and Nic and Andrew as electrical contractors and private developers—we have over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry. This includes tackling complex challenges for clients, along with personal development projects both domestic and commercial. Collectively, we’ve built over 150 homes. Simpod Sustainable Living is a result of these years of experience, market insights, and a dedication to delivering quality without compromise. Our team lives and breathes sustainability, aiming to provide off-grid, luxury living solutions. The end goal is to offer passive, sustainable living, without sacrificing the comforts of modern luxury. We also offer in-house drafting and a fully vertically integrated business model.

We offer transportables from one bedroom up to four bedrooms.
Transport costs will depend on the location it is being transported to and the size of transportable. We are happy to assist any customers arranging transport or we can provide a quote.
The transportables range in sizes. Check out the floor plans for specific measurements.
We are more than happy to work with customers to make changes to a plan and design your ideal home. Please note an upfront commitment fee will be charged before any alterations are made.
Electric or gas cooking appliances are included. Just let us know which option you would prefer.
The turnaround time ranges from eight to 12 weeks. If changes have been made to the original plan, expect a longer turnaround time.
